Or do your employees do the heavy lifting? I was a small business owner for 31 years (we made a profit every year) and still own a shell company, and it took way too much of my time. I was always busy! I would think any spare time would be taken by planning your BK payment plan or researching if an Offer In Compromise is appropriate for your tax debt.
