I shed a tear or two after I finished no. 7. I felt like a phase in my life was ending. I grew up with those books (I'm fairly young, don't tell anyone!) and the development of the characters in the book felt like mine.

When I was done, I felt like I had to make a choice. I had to grow up. I had to face my life. That's what affected me so emotionally.

Maybe DK would be better off not to be a 9-5'er. He seems to be making a go of his biz, and obviously he does not mind taking risks. He might eventually create jobs and provide much more social benifit. His company is in the black. But perhaps there should be some objective criteria to decide when he should throw in the towel. I would not want to work 80 hours a week for a job that pays only $2000 a month for more than six months or a year.

Go to this site and watch the video. It was removed from YouTube at TheStreet's request. Why? Because it embarrasingly shows the fraudulent attitudes that plagued the real estate market, which fed the frenzy to buy, regardless of an individuals ability to pay. Ability to pay a mortgage debt means you actually DO IT. Getting a loan during this period had nothing to do with the ABILITY to pay. Understand?

Do yourself a favor: stop messing around with your business and go get a job. It's time that you take your medicine from 'the man'. And without a steady, reliable source of income, anybody that rents to you is asking for trouble. Face facts--you are a high risk tenant. Would you rent to someone like you??

'Expecto Petronum', debt go away!! Darn, didn't work.

you should read narnia too... of course, it probably takes the same time to read that entire series as it does one harry potter book.

*spoiler free*
I liked the book and the series, I just wonder if she kind of gave in to her emotion with the character by ending it the way she did.
