Nope, Turbo tax is much better than Taxcut.

- Better interface
- Less user error prone
- Better support
- Better returns

I’ve used both extensively. Just say no to H&R.

Maybe you could spend some time now before your friend comes making a list of free or low cost activities for the two of you? This could cut down on possible spur of the moment spending. Living in a tourist town myself I know that whenever friends come to visit I end up spending a ton of money if I haven’t planned. Have fun!
