Slept on a real mattress! Ahhh…

by debt kid on July 31, 2007

Got a great nights sleep last night on a real mattress for the first time in a while. Selling went very well yesterday, should get a sale in that area by Thurs. I’m around P-town today, then driving down to California tonite. Gonna be a long day. I’m excited.

If you get a chance

I really hate asking for a vote like this, it’s kind of like asking for money indirectly, which I am definitely NOT about. But, I am pretty close to winning this contest, I just need a good 20 or so more Yes! votes.

Do you recommend debtkid.com for dtcc Bloghunt?

It’s a grand if I win.

What should I do with 1K?

What should I do with the $1000 if I win the contest? (please vote!) Should I use it to find a place to live? Pay down some of my debt? Use to pay the lawyer for my Ch. 7 case? Pay 1K to my Mom?

Just called in to check on my rental application I put in for the perfect place I found. Denied. Frack that.

I’m just gonna go sell now, and pay 6 months cash in another month. I’m pissed right now.

You got my vote. If you win it, find a place to live with the cash.

But turn that anger and frustration on the sales. Tel yourself you can get 12 sales if 7 is you target. With 12 you can start making progress.

I’m rooting for you. Have my own challenges, and every time I see someone overcoming theirs, it inspires.

So please keep up the fight, and I’ll keep up mine too.

If your product can sell in the UK, tell me and I’ll try and get you some sales.

I voted YES for you to win the 1k. Sorry to hear about the rental. Do you think it was denied because of your bad credit? I think you should use the 1k to find a place to live. Glad you are making the best of your situation and hope your trip yields good results.

I voted for you too. I think you should use the cash to pay down your debt. If you can handle living in your office, why not stick with that and save the cash? Then your rent will be tax deductible as a business expense.

08/01/07 What about using the potential prize money to get some legal advice about your financial situation, without having to rely on dear old dad, which you were angsting over a few posts earlier. The money could also go toward some of the many fees associated with BK. Good luck.

You often sound like the bankruptcy is on your back. Us the $1k to get that moving.

Just the fact that you are considering taking on new debt or making preferential payments to a creditor makes me think paying for a BK attorney’s advice could be the smartest use of these funds.

Don’t count you chickens before they are hatched. Ever heard that one?

Sorry about the apt. So a landlord was mean. Is this really news?

Good luck on your trip. Your positive attitude is going to really go a long way.
