Tips When Selling Your Website Direct
When selling your website directly there are a few key factors to keep in mind
- Always use an escrow service (escrow.com is a good one)
- Use a legal contract (you can get a website sales contract for $50 that will work fine). Get everything in writing
- Close quickly. Nothing kills a deal faster than delays
- Don’t nickel and dime the process. If you get a fair offer, take it and move on.
