The 3 main things I look for when searching for car insurance is customer service, rates (fees), and protection. When I say customer service I mean they have a phone number right on their site and are available 24 hours 7 days a week. Despite others qualms, Esurance has some of the lowest rates in the country. What I didn’t know is that these rates trickle over into home insurance, life insurance and renters. If you don’t believe the rates, compare them with others right on the Esurance site. The process takes about 6 minutes. You will get an extensive report of Esurance’s competition and perhaps their lower rates (obviously). In this article I will map out some of the benefits of Esurance, what you can compare with your insurance company and overall, what makes them better?

One of the greatest benefits is the ability to file a claim online. There is a lot of paper pushing that goes on with insurance companies, but Esurance makes it easy to file and complete claims on line.
Another great benefit is E-star. Some reviewers have been disappointed with E-Star companies that have been approved by Esurance, however Esurance has the best and largest selection in the country, and its all online so you don’t have to talk to customer service to get help. You can proactively fix the problem yourself.
Quality Customer service is the last benefit I want to mention. The thrive on expanding and expressing the vision of being their when you need them. Their credentials ensure that you have the coverage you need if anything were to happen. As a customer I have been amazed by the level of Customer service I received. They know the industry and explain it to me with simplicity.
Cost of Esurance
The cost of any insurance depends on your driving record, age, demographic, sex, location, and type of car you’ve purchased. Esurance can calculate and quote you in less than 6 minutes. If Esurance is not the cheapest than I understand if you want to walk away. However, I would be surprised if Esurance wasn’t substantially cheaper than most. If they are not cheaper, look at the benefits of Esurance before deciding their more than the next guy. When I signed up it was nearly 100 dollars cheaper than my other Auto insurance provider.

Esurance isn’t in every state yet but they are constantly expanding and growing their business model. That is a sign of a great company. Esurance is always trying to find ways to make customers lives a little easier, helping you manage your account, get traveling discounts, and protecting you in one of your most important assets, getting behind the wheel.
