DK you've got yourself a lot of issues here with this business. If you're not producing a profit, how do you keep moving forward? You also have 22k in IRS taxes and fees on the business too. Positive parts of this post, 1k in blog revenue in March, how did you do that? I know you want to get your debts paid too so that part time job will at least help boost your personal income to do so.

Getting back to your IRS tax debt, how did this play out with your employees? Did you issue W2s showing the taxes that were deducted even though you had not paid them, or how did you handle this? Or did you issue 1099s? Have they begun employee audits yet? You can bet this will happen. It's part of the package. What tipped the IRS that the taxes were due and unpaid?
