		<description>what if you placed some money in a savings account and built up that generally recommended $1000 emergency fund?
If you could figure out 200 a month, it&#039;s there in 6 months.
Plus (like i&#039;ve said before) you could get the same size apartment for almost half the price if you would only move 45 minutes south.  plus, the guys over at Exit133.com are getting a shared office that could be right up your alley.</description>
