How to buy homes in foreclosure
If you interesting in trying to profit from falling home prices buy picking up fire-sale properties….now just might be the perfect time to be a foreclosure investor. Thousands of homeowners need to sell their homes…and fast. But how do you find these home in foreclosure, or pre-foreclosure?
You could head on down to your county records office and look at recent filings in your area….but that is so 1999. The good news is that most foreclosure and pre-foreclosure data is completely digital now and can be accessed for very cheap online.
Foreclosure.com has the easiest to use database of properties ripe for the picking. They also offer a free 7 day trial, which is pretty sweet.
