		<description>Yes, it is good news. I just needed to get over my embarrassment. The buyers real estate agent left his card, so I&#039;m assuming they are still interested at the new price. 

That is good news. Once the house debt is taken care of (granted I will have to deal with the tax issues from the sale), it will be one less item on my spreadsheet...</description>

		<description>go with the flow. someone&#039;s willing to play ball. they might not have the same driving habits as you, but their money might be green. tell your agent about notification again and ultimately just blow this off because you&#039;re probably not changing agents at this point. 

p.s. your last two posts (graphics and bullet items) were kinda cool. pretty soon, mark my words, your enormous debt will float along like a gruesome but docile Macy&#039;s Day (or Pink Floyd) balloon pig over Broadway. You continue performing on key hurdles.
