Good for you for owning up to your mistakes & doing what you can to correct them. I know from experience that it is hard, but now that I've owned up to mine & am taking steps to correct my errors, I feel very liberated. By the way, do you know who Dave Ramsey is? I'm sure you've heard of him or have been suggested to read his stuff, but I'm going through financial peace university & it is helping SOOOO much! My husband asked me to use my name and credit to get 100% mortgage loans since I have better FICO score and more income. My husband wanted to get more cash out by exaggerating the appraisal value. Now I am suffering with tenant problems and financial hardship forced me to short sale the property. Keep on writing! Your blog really inspired me. You made me feel that I'm not alone. Good luck!
