It is 5:51 Am in the morning here in Dallas, and it is October 1, the day government run health insurance marketplace is open for business. I decide to be an early adapter for this historical moment and start to check out the system.
In order to check what is available in the marketplace, one has to create an account. No free previews and checking out the price and then decide what to do.
The process to create an account is rather straightforward, however, after I filled out the three-step forms, here is the error message I got in return:
I tried again, same thing.
It is not necessarily a bad thing. Apparently there are a lot of like-minded people as myself and that is good, for the more people sign up for the program, the higher the chance that the program succeed.
