Some of the things you write about don't make sense in light of pending BK. Maybe you are getting legal advice and just don't tell everything, which is OK too. You seem to switch from Ch. 13 to Ch. 7 for no reason. Then your business is thriving but you owe all this business debt, and you don't mention Ch. 11. Your business doesn't have suppliers? Are payments current to them? The point is, if you haven't hired "your" attorney to guide you through, forget moving for the time being and get cracking on this. This is the biggest issue in your life right now. Would you mother let you camp out with her for a short time?
