No. That probably would remedied the situation, huh? You know in Seattle now you can get a ticket for not using a hands free device when in the car. @ BTG - It did turn out ok. I actually got the checks back in the mail today and went again to the ATM (this time solely focused on depositing). @ Smart Girl - Yeah, I don't think another bank can "sweep" another banks account to collect. I'm 99.9% sure on that. The IRS though, and other gov agencies totally can. Still no final word from the IRS. I need to call them, they are taking forever to approve my payment plan.
