Does NutriSystem Work?

Yes, and no.

If you follow the system AND exercise Nutrisystem will work. You will without a doubt lose weight.

If you just eat the food….I wouldn’t count on it.

If you want a food delivery system that is more geared toward quick and healthy weight lose I would highly recommend looking into Medifast. Medifast is not a long-term food delivery service like Nutrisystem, as it’s really only supposed to be taken for a month. It does however focus more on weight-loss than Nutrisystem, especially significant weight loss in 28 days.

So, like many things in life, you’ll get out of NutriSystem what you put into it.

So, go with Medifast. : )
