This is my guide to….dieting!
No one really enjoys dieting. Least of all me. But there are plenty of ways to make dieting not as incredible painful! The best diets are those that have you eat real food (like Medifast does), and encourage you to exercise. Don’t be fooled by anything else. A healthy diet and exercise are the best ways to lose weight.

#1 – Medifast Medifast gets the number 1 spot for a number of reasons:
- It’s actual, real food scientifically designed to help you lose weight in a healthy manner
- It supposedly tastes decent
- It’s only meant to be a one-month or two-month diet at most, not ongoing
