This is my guide to….dieting!

No one really enjoys dieting. Least of all me. But there are plenty of ways to make dieting not as incredible painful! The best diets are those that have you eat real food (like Medifast does), and encourage you to exercise. Don’t be fooled by anything else. A healthy diet and exercise are the best ways to lose weight.

#1 – Medifast Medifast gets the number 1 spot for a number of reasons:

  • It’s actual, real food scientifically designed to help you lose weight in a healthy manner
  • It supposedly tastes decent
  • It’s only meant to be a one-month or two-month diet at most, not ongoing

Another food delivery service, Diet to Go is a relative newcomer to the scene. It’s prices are the most reasonable. Learn more here…

i have used nutrisystem before. It worked pretty well, even though I didn’t like all of the meals. Would you suggest I use it again or try medifast?

i got many chioces of diets but i dont know wich one is the best one to choose?

Go for the plan that stress a healthy eating plan, portion control, excercise, and drinking plenty of fluids. The most powerful diet there is the 1 in our brains when we decided to take control of our bodies.
