The sound of the name itself gives us a hint that Lida Daidaihua is a product of China. It consists of a not-so-long list of Chinese herbs believed to be used by the ancient Chinese to trim down their bodies. The main ingredient is obviously DaiDaihua Extract because it is where the name comes from. The problem with this ingredient, however, is that, just like most of alternative medicines, very little precious information about them is available. Their effectiveness is just justified by tradition and previous experiences.
Lida Daidaihua Scam?
It boasts of safety, effectiveness, and absence of undesirable side effects. Let us tackle them one by one. First, safety. It may be true that the product under consideration is safe because of its all-organic and natural herbs ingredients. But the question here is the validity of that claim, since very little researches were done prior to their availability in the commerce. There is no solid foundation for that claim. Second, effectiveness. Many of those who tried this could attest that it does deliver results. Their hunger was suppressed, they don’t feel the need to eat and they also experienced increased metabolism; the end result: they got thinner. However, it wasn’t as easy at it seemed. This brings us to the third point, absence of undesirable side effects. Come to think of it, how many of the manufacturers who say their product has no side effects actually mean it? Of course, for promotional purposes, every manufacturer would place his best foot forward and naturally wouldn’t admit that their product produces side effects. Those who have tried the product say there are indeed disturbing side effects. One would be though they don’t feel the need to eat, they always feel thirsty. Their water intake did not just double or triple but quadruple or even more. With this, they also urinated more often. Those who do not give in to the call of thirst attest that the feeling is extremely uncomfortable. Also, there was the problem of insomnia. This is attributed to the increased metabolic rate.
In conclusion, though it may give you the results you want, the way it does it may not be the way you want it. The end doesn’t always justify the means. In this case, that statement holds true…

I have tried Lida daidaihua, and the results were great.
Just like you mention in your review, Yes, I did feel more thirst then usual but NO, it did not quadruple by no means.
As to comments that you don’t feel any hunger, I have had the opposite. No, you don’t have the crazy feeling of “I’m going to pass out if I don’t eat”, but you still feel the hunger that is manageable and possible for you to stop and make the proper choice of foods to eat. When I was busy and was forgetting to eat, I would get dizzy w/headache feeling. Once I eat, it goes away. I have dropped 25 lbs, and the weight stays off as long as you don’t go back to eating the fatty, full of carbs food.
Well, this is my experience w/it. Hope it helps!
