Lean System 7 blends 7 substances formulated to perform in unison as an advanced metabolic support system. It is emphasized that this product is geared toward losing fat instead of losing weight. It specifically targets the fat that lays around the midriff in males as well as the hip and thighs for females.
Lean System 7 Scam?
The catch about this product is the inclusion of 7 keto. This ingredient may be beneficial in the sense that is aids with thermogenesis (heat production), which can really help the user shed unwanted body fat, since when heat is produced, fat is burned. The foundation of this product lies with guarana and yerba mate. Both of these ingredients contain high levels of caffeine which in itself is a decent thermogenic. Mate also displays diuretic properties, and when combined with guarana and damiana, has been shown to delay gastric emptying and promote satiety (feeling of fullness). There’s no question that large amounts of caffeine, acting like speed, will aid in weight loss, but this is an extraordinarily unhealthy and dangerous way to do it. At doses of 600 milligrams (about six cups of coffee) or more daily, caffeine can cause nervousness, sweating, tenseness, upset stomach, anxiety, and insomnia. Lean System 7 does contain as much as 500-700mg of caffeine.
Lean System 7 also contains citrus aurantium or bitter orange. This source is thought to contain synephrine and phenylephrine which has the same effect as ephedrine. Theoretically, citrus aurantium extracts should be fat burners since the active ingredients are both sympathetic alpha agonists. However, the effectiveness is yet to be established. Not enough literature is available to support this claim.
One doubtful statement from the manufacturer is the ability of the product to help trim certain areas of the body even without exercise. The mechanism behind the claim is dubious. Lean System 7 falls under the category of relatively safe diet pills, however its adverse effects should not be taken for granted, especially by individuals who are sensitive to stimulants.
