February was a good month for me financially. Heck it was a good month for me personally as well (things with girlfriend going great).
I really love getting to knock rows from my balance sheet! The feeling I get from mailing off a big check is wonderful. I always feel lighter after I do it.
How much debt did you pay off last month? (feel free to share in the comments section)

I'm a long time reader, never a commenter…
I just wanted to say that it looks like you've been doing really well recently and I hope that you have continued success in getting through this.
Thanks Jeff! I really appreciate the support
Well done DebtKid.
Would be interested to a see a spreadsheet for the month if you have time. I understand if you leave out the income section.
Just found your blog! Can't wait to read more. Off to calculate just how much I paid off last month. I should track this.
I'm a long time reader as well but I never comment either. I notice too that things seems to be looking up for you lately and money seems to be flowing a bit .
congrats!
That's pretty good, DK.
That's a good chunk for one month, congrats!
Got my tax refund and paid off $12,000 in debt this month. An adoption loan, my student loans, and some credit card debt. Feels great!! Don't think I give the IRS an interest-free-loan every year… I adopted a child and benefitted from the adoption tax credit. I also started a business so had a whole bunch of write-offs.
DK. Good work on the debt. We're kicking off Financial Literacy Month in April with a goal to start helping people pay off $50M of debt on DebtGoal.com. It's not much compared to the $2.5T of consumer debt held by Americans, but it's a start. We hope you'll consider telling your readers about our free service. We've certainly benefited from your advice over the past year. Thanks again for all the help you've given us and congrats on your progress.
