I was very disappointed in the service from Kazoo Toys. I ordered a retro pink airplane ($350+) from them in early November as a Christmas present. After several calls in which they assured me it was coming – the manufacturer was just slow, they finally called me mid December and told me there were people on the list ahead of me and the manufacturer was not making that many so mine would not be received until Dec. 29th. The customer service rep who called was blase and non apologetic, blaming it on the manufacturer. I called another compnay who told me that the manufacturer ships directly, is very reliable and expedient and I had the toy 5 days later. I don’t do a lot of on line reviews, but the idea that Kazoo Toys would not only string me along…but also cast dispersions on the toy manufacturer strikes me as very unethical so I will not order from them again no matter how many coupons they send out!
