I urge you not to use this company for any of your printing needs.
Let me start off by saying I have used Art-Hammer in the past with great luck. I say luck because that’s what you seem to get when you work with them. I ordered 3 canvases on Nov 3rd, it is now December 10th and I have yet to receive my 3 prints. I have made many phone calls and emails to James the owner. The will never answer the phone so don’t bother calling. If anything you might get an email back. He will weasel his way around and not answer the questions you are asking. I finally found the number to his home and talked to his wife (626-475-2248). After talking to her she told me that the wizard of Art-Hammer himself would call me back. I got no call back, but I did get an email back telling me my item was shipped with a tracking number. After tracking this package a few days later I see that James let my package sit for 3 days before handing it over to Fed-Ex. And only shipped it ground. You would think James would ship a 3+ delayed shipment a little quicker than ground. He claims he has some issues with the building that won’t allow his process to work properly. Why wasn’t this communicated to me? I attempted to work with him before writing this review with no such luck.
