I am the existing customer for the triple-play of comcast. My expiration is running out by 9/2/2009. What is the deal of triple play for the existing customers? I would like to stay with comcast. But if it is too much for me, I would like to switch to the other company. Please send e-mail to me.
i have a comcast digital cable with on demand, but each of my phone and internet is from different company. i plan on getting comcast triple play after my contract from my internet is expired. i just wanna know how much could i save from this bundle? i pay at least $155/month for all those three so just wondrin if its worth it.
Don’t get comcast for anything unless you are ready for a hassle. They are the devil incarnate. Forget customer service. Forget fair pricing. Be ready to hear nothing but lies and deception. The triple play is a bogus marketing scam. However, where I live they have the monopoly on cable – no other choices except satellite, sooooooo Hey, does the state and federal government actually regulate these guys. It doesn’t show!
they are the governent
I am the government.
Had triple play for 2 years. The phone worked fine. The internet wasn’t really slow, but I was always getting booted off. I had to reboot the modem often. The TV picture quality is awful unless you have HD. For two years I always had poor picture quality and some Channels did frequent freeze frames. That Commercial that Comcast runs showing Fios hooking up service at a house by digging up the yard and having a wirey mess at the hook up junction is how I feel Comcast hooked up my service. They didn’t dig up my yard but I’ve go miles of cable running all over the place. I got cable running outside on my brand new siding and poking into the rooms. Never would I have agreed to such an unprofessional installation. It’s a mess! I only got 99 out of The 170 channels I paid for. I got plenty of excuses why I wasn’t getting the others.
I canned Comcast and just had Fios connected. The picture quality is great and they removed all that unnecessary cable. They did a correct installation by connecting through the floor, not the walls. I no longer have that ball of cable and wire I had at my modem.
