I am a Real Estate professional in Green Bay Wi. I am very well versed in short sales I have a passion for them because I needed to help myself & my ex-husband out of a sticky situation regarding our marital property. I don’t like to see people be taken advantage of & because of that I put my heart & soul into short sales. They are not easy from the Realtor side of the transaction. Especially since commissions are often reduced. Quite frankly sometimes I might not even get paid. I will be happy to answer any short sale questions. I am an expert in this field and have done many many short sales. Do it the right way and you will have success. I also do short sales for Realtor and homeowners. Most of the time we don’t charge a fee at all unless the lender will not pay any fees. In this case we charge a small fee from the Realtor commission. Feel free to list or contact us.
