Kinda like busting a cap….but not.
I’m participating in the Lending Club Debt Buster challenge. They are giving away goodie bags to anyone who commits to paying off or down their debt with a consolidation loan from Lending Club.
There will also be blog posts from various debt bloggers through Jan. 15th (I’ve got one coming up called “9 Rules To Getting Out of Debt”).
But I’m gonna take it a little further.
I wanna bust some debt.
My goal is to completely payoff my car (about $6K balance) by Jan. 15th.
That will eliminate an entire row on my balance sheet, and that gets me pretty darn excited. Plus, the future mrs. debtkid has said she would like the car to be paid off before we get hitched!

I want to pay of $1000 credit card balance before next June. I have other debts, but this is the only one left on a card!
I want to brink down my 100k debt for my degrees. I teach innercity and think I can get my loans paid off early but have to do all the legwork first. Pay monthly then I “think” my loans will be done in 10 years no matter whats left on them.

I only have two debts left–two credit cards. I want to knock ‘em out by July. Total balance is $14K.
Thankfully, both are very low-interest.
