SunTrust is based in Georgia. They have nearly 2,000 branches, mostly in the South. Their CD rates are pretty run of mill standard.
SunTrust has a slightly higher than average minimum deposit requirement of $2,000. See your local branch for more details and the most recent CD rates. I would just get a high yield savings account. Much better than most CD rates.
